If enabled, the patient can request availability or receive proposed times from the specialist as an invitation-and accept with one click.

It depends on your program rules. In some setups the patient can switch freely; in others, switching is restricted while they have upcoming appointments.

When consent is required, the portal prompts the patient and shows their status until it's completed. Once done, the patient can join sessions as usual.

Yes. Booking confirmations, reminders, and updates are sent by email (and in-app, if enabled) so patients don't miss appointments.
