Complete onboarding, fill in your profile, and submit it for review. Once approved, you can set availability, accept bookings, and start delivering sessions.
With automated allocation, patients won't see your availability directly. However, if the patient portal is configured so that specialists are listed and browsable, patients will see your availability slots—but only during the first booking. After that, specialists take control of scheduling.
It depends on how the platform is configured. For example, specialists can use Stripe Connect to charge patients directly (with the platform collecting commissions), or the platform can charge the patient and then pay out your share.
Your public profile can be shown on one or more patient portals (websites). Depending on the portal setup, patients can browse specialists, request availability, or be matched automatically.
Yes. Pricing can be configured per website. On one portal you may set your own prices; on another, pricing can be fixed for the whole site and shared across all specialists listed there.
Use the Transactions section to see payments (and refunds) allocated to you. If you're using Stripe Connect, you can also review charges directly in your Stripe dashboard.
If enabled, patients can submit an availability request. You'll get notified and can accept or decline within the configured time window.
